Fit Being more fit is less about how you look and more about how you feel.

Making small changes to help you feel better can be as simple as trying a new exercise, eating a healthier food or simply drinking more water.

Fit & Stylish believes in starting with small steps, being successful and then trying another. The important thing is that you feel good. Now we are not saying exercise will always feel good because it will not. What we are saying is the after-effect should feel good.


There are a varying opinions on this however an easy way to start is the 8 x 8 rule. That is 8 glasses of 8 OZ of water a day.
I use my Swell Water Bottle and it helps keep the water at the exact temperature I fill it with all day.

There are lots of options as far as workouts.
